It’s Ella’s birthday y’all!! 🥳 If you know Heirloom, you have seen Ella’s sweet face for the past 4 years. She started with us on the food truck, before we had our restaurant in Bay View. Most of you know, Ella is our niece, and we never would have thought we would be so lucky to have her working by our side. Let us tell you, being our niece is not what has gotten her to the position she is in now. Ella is an absolute powerhouse. Ella jumped on the line in a pinch, and immediately it was apparent that she was a natural. Her attention to detail, and ability to rally those around her, not only has made her an excellent leader, but someone the team can depend on for guidance. Maybe it’s all the “cult of the lamb” she plays. Our favorite things about Ella are her kindness, huge heart, sense of humor…. and that she is fearless, though she would not consider herself that, but she is: from driving our 10 ton food truck, to raccoon wrangling, to staying cool, calm, & collected in even the most high pressure situations, Ella is not afraid to push herself out of her comfort zone and she has grown tremendously because of it. Whether she’s kicking ass as Kitana in Mortal Kombat, or kicking ass as Ella in the kitchen, she always does it with her signature smile and eye roll that can be felt from across the room. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and most importantly, the wonderful & genuine human she is. We love you, girl! Thank you for everything you do and for always being you.
