Born in Malaysia to Vietnamese parents, Chef Viet Pham built his career in Michelin-starred kitchens in San Francisco before co-founding Forage, in Salt Lake City. Food & Wine Magazine named him one of 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮’𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘀 and has earned multiple 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 nominations.

Pham has appeared on over a dozen Food Network programs, including 𝘐𝘳𝘰𝘯 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘧 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢, 𝘉𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘉𝘰𝘣𝘣𝘺 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘺, and 𝘉𝘰𝘣𝘣𝘺’𝘴 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵, securing major wins and cementing him as one of the network’s most formidable competitors.
