Find us inside Hawthorne Coffee Roasters during the winter, and at the South Shore Farmers Market during the summer! has served authentic Belgian Liège waffles at area farmers markets, events, and now in your local grocer’s freezer. Our brioche-based dough is made locally by hand from our own traditional recipe. As our waffles cook, the imported Belgian pearl sugar within the dough caramelizes on

the outside and leaves sweet pockets on the inside. A dusting of powdered sugar, or one of our house-made toppings makes the perfect pairing. Find our frozen toaster packs at these local grocers:

Join us Saturday for the final installation of our 2026 winter residency at from 8:00am-12:00pm! It’s been such a wonderful winter season spending Saturdays indoors with our waffle friends 🥰 We’ll have a couple of weeks off before the becomes the place to be on June 6th! Oh yes, and we’ll have Cookies ‘n Cream tomorrow, so come by for a little Oreo overload! ✨

I know, we can’t believe it either!! But we are excited for summer and all of the things that come with it! We have two more Waffle Saturdays (May 9 and 16), then we take a short break before jumping into the on June 6! See you at for the next two Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00pm!
