Great turnout at the meeting tonight with 15 members and a new member Adam S.
Best coin find was this stunning 1765 Reale found by Mike H. near a Milwaukee park.
Best non-coin find was a civil war breastplate found by Pat W. In west Allis!
Congratulations gentlemen

Final day in England.
Two large coppers and a 1600’s buckle.
My second 1697 William III sixpence also a love token, and a clipped hammered silver!
And a few more buttons.
Happy hunting everybody

Day 4 in England
The first field we hunted was an old World War II, American airstrip full of aluminum shrapnel and brass. Luckily, I dug a 1697 William III sixpence.
It was bent into an S shape and given to someone as a love token!
The second field was difficult and all I found was one copper and a 1600s Tudor button.
Happy hunting everybody

Day 2 in Norwich
I was able to get my coil over a hammered cut silver!
King Henry II 1180-1216
Also found 14 buttons and 5 coppers.
Happy hunting everybody!

First day detecting in Norwich. Weather was perfect in the 60’s.
I dug about 150 targets, and found the following:
9 flat buttons
1 1911 George V farthing pendant
1 1500’s harness decoration
1 1600’s Norwich farthing token
Numerous assorted bits and bobs.

Happy hunting everybody!
