The Lotus Lounge presented by SELF(ISH) Wellness Collective is coming to HWCC's 1st Annual Wisconsin Asian Summer Festival on June 13 in partnership with Real Health and Fitness and Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce.

A soft space to move, reset, hydrate and come back to yourself in the middle of the festival.

Because being selfish isn’t about doing less for others. It’s about remembering you deserve to pour back into yourself too.

Join us for FREE 30-min intro classes:

11AM | Yoga Flow
1PM | Yogalates
3PM | Yoga Stretch + Unwind

Classes are beginner-friendly, open to all genders and age 18+ only. Mats will be provided, but each class is limited to 20 spots.

We’ll also have a hydration station with water, energy drinks and electrolytes, plus complimentary arm + hand massages by Golden Skin beginning at 1PM.
