To our wonderful community,

We have a bit of a "speed bump" today. Keith is currently in the hospital fighting an infection (unrelated to his recent surgery).
With our limited staff and without Keith there to help, we have made the decision to STAY OPEN TODAY but with a MODIFIED MENU ONLY.

🚫 NO PIZZA TODAY (Saturday)
✅ YES! WE ARE SERVING:
• Appetizers & Fresh Salads • Our New Baskets: Chicken Tenders, Fish, Shrimp, Oysters, Crawfish, and Gizzards! • Our Delicious Desserts • 8 Micro Brews on Tap & a Full Bar 🍻
We didn't want to close our doors on such a beautiful Saturday, so we are pivoting to make the day "survivable" for our small but mighty team.
Please come see us for a basket and a cold drink and help us send some extra "get well" energy to Keith!

As we approach Memorial Day weekend, our hearts are full. It has been exactly one month since we re-opened our doors, and we are so grateful for the incredible support you’ve shown our family.

We are ready to kick off the summer season with you by moving back to our NORMAL SUMMER CLOSING TIMES! Whether you’re stopping by off the bike trail or looking to relax indoors or on our outdoor patio, we’ve got the perfect spot waiting for you.
This weekend’s weather looks unpredictable, but we are ready for anything. Our patio is fully sheltered and dry, so let it rain! ⛈️ The high-speed fans are ready for hopefully Iowa heat ☀️ and the heaters are ready to be fired up just in case the cold wind blows! 🌬️

Adjusting Our Puzzle Pieces: An Update for Our Community 🧩

To our wonderful neighbors and friends,
The first two weeks of our reopening were amazing, and we can’t thank you enough for the warm welcome back. However, as many of you know, the restaurant business often brings unexpected challenges.
We’ve hit a significant staffing "speed bump" due to several unforeseen health and personal situations within our new kitchen team. Because we are committed to serving you the high-quality food you expect—and more importantly, because we must protect Keith’s ongoing recovery—we are making an adjustment to our schedule.
Starting this week, we will be shifting to a 4-Day Schedule (Thursday–Sunday) for the time being to consolidate our team and resources for our busiest days.

📍 UPDATED HOURS (Effective Immediately):
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

🍕 ON THE MENU: We will continue to feature our Specialty Pizza & Appetizer Menu, but plan on adding items as we can!

Our Hearts are Full! ❤️🧩
To our amazing neighbors and friends,
We are heading into our two days of rest with hearts that are absolutely full. Our first five days of "Phase One" were more than we ever could have hoped for. To see the dining room full of life again and to hear how much you’ve missed Keith and our pizza... it’s hard to put into words what that means to us.
Keith has loved every second of being back with you. Seeing your support has truly been the best medicine for his recovery!
An Update on Our Team & Reopening: Our new staff is AMAZING! They have jumped right in with great attitudes and a lot of heart. We are still in the training phase, and we appreciate your continued patience as our entire crew finds their rhythm together.
Because we want to keep this momentum going and protect Keith’s healing, we will be sticking with our Phase One Hours and limited menu for next week:
