One of our longtime kitchen teammates and co-catering chefs, Coach Mike Dick, has cooked alongside me for nearly 9 years — from catering events to regular lunch service — and last week he was telling us about a famous Kentucky restaurant he’ll be visiting in the next few days that was featured on a popular TV show.
