Wednesday: Ribeye hamburger steak served with onions and gravy, rice, butter beans, buttered white corn, and yeast rolls.

Thursday: NOLA roast beef debris poboy on a New Orleans Leidenheimer bun, served with deep fried kettle chips and coleslaw.

Friday: Blackened or grilled redfish topped with your choice of large blackened or grilled shrimp on a bed of Parmesan white cheese grits topped with a Cajun lemon wine and butter sauce.

Saturday: 18oz blackened or grilled cowboy ribeye served with a crabmeat au gratin stuffed potato, sautéed asparagus, and a side salad.

We want to give a shoutout to our friends over at Top Notch Tacos - TNT! We’ve known Ben Ware and his family for as long as we can remember, and we’re proud to see them serving up some deliciously good eats.

In fact, we eat there just about every week, and they never disappoint. Fresh ingredients, incredible flavor, and great people behind the counter. That’s a combination that’s hard to beat.

If you haven’t tried Top Notch Tacos yet, do yourself a favor and grab yourselves lunch/dinner. It’s one of Minden’s local gems, and we believe it’s a must-try.
