Sold out for the third time in the last three days open. We will be changing our open times until I can hire another crew to work the evening shift. May take us a bit to get it all sorted, but it is in the works, as long as this kind of support keeps rolling in! Thank you to everyone who has been here over the last three days! I'm so blown away with the way just a few days can absolutely turn a business around when this community decides to support it! We are nearly sold out again today after prepping nearly twice as much. We literally cannot keep up. It's not that we aren't trying. We just don't have the space to do anymore than we already are. We are outgrowing this facility quickly. You guys are the absolute best!

Wow!

Spent All weekend rearranging the kitchen and storage to accommodate the HUGE influx of customers that we were absolutely not prepared for on Thursday and Friday. We will be streamlining production and getting ticket times cut WAY down. We had some really big orders that we had a hard time filling last week in the rush because we got about 8 pages behind on our POS screen. I think every employee except for 2 had a meltdown and cried for a bit. Tris was out at the Dr and Jaime was the only one who kept her cool, playing cheerleader and trying to encourage everyone and keep things flowing. Put new signage up on the East and West ends to be a little more visible, also!

We will do better and be way more prepared for this coming week. Please come see us and help us keep this momentum going. We needed this more than you can imagine and hope you keep coming in and showing support like you just did! See you soon!

Based off the way the past few days have gone, I have to ask that really large orders be scheduled a day ahead. We got totally slammed today and had a terrible time trying to keep up. We are extremely sorry for the long wait times and messed up orders today. Going from 20 customers a day to nearly 100 a day overnight proved to be a logistics and staffing nightmare especially with one of our employees out at a Dr visit today. Please don't judge us off the horrible ticket times today. I'm embarrassed and extremely sorry to any and all that tried to get in today and couldn't. I'm not sure our building is large enough to handle rushes like we have had the past few days. We are greatful for each and every order placed and appreciative of your patience and understanding. This is what we needed, but we are going to have to be better prepared for next week. Much love to you all!!

Sold out again!

Got here at around 7 am yesterday and left here around 12:15 am. I will tell you this much..... I AM WORN OUT! Was so worried about today possibly being a flop after our amazing run yesterday that I didn't sleep a wink at all last night. I really hope I can hang in here today. Thank you again for buying us out of every single item we had prepped yesterday! What a blessing.

Mind blown..... I'm still answering messages, responding to comments, and trying to wrap my head around today. There were two separate occasions today that I had a complete meltdown. One was before we opened and any employees were here. I literally cried my eyes out thinking about having to possibly close this place. The second was about midway through the lunch period when we were all in the kitchen trying to keep up with what turned out to be our best day ever. We made some mistakes and dropped the ball on ticket times, but I think we all showed up today prepared for a day like we have been used to working. We were ill prepared for the rush not knowing we'd have more customers the first two hours than most 2 days combined. And yall sold us out on every single thing we had prepped. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for the support we got today. We saw LOTS of new faces and lots of faces we haven't seen in awhile. We hope to see you all much more often. Join our loyalty program. Learn about specials and get rewarded for your visits! Let us know what we can do to improve and keep us on your minds enough to keep coming back. We are stuck with this location, good or bad, and don't have much room for expansion, so as much as I'd love to have it, indoor seating is just not feasible. I am exploring options for an outdoor awning with fans, lights, cooling features and even heating. More to come if we can hang in here long enough to make it work.

Not me standing at the shop still prepping food for what we hope is a second wonderful day in a row. I'm cooking extra tomorrow to hopefully stay open til actual closing time! Come see us again tomorrow and try something new!
