So I know it's been awhile since posting! Hopefully winter has brought some enjoyable times for you and yours. I Alicia have submitted a letter of interest to run stand for summer 2023. I also asked about signing a 2 season lease as well as lease running May 1st threw Columbus day when campers have to remove camp set ups. I am hoping to implement specialty milkshakes this season. We may carry firewood supplied from a variety of local road stands. As well as local fresh produce. Like maybe you need an onion, tomato etc. We will have it avaliable. We have tried ice before. Unfortunately we are not given a yes to lease in time to get ice machine delivered. By ice companies.

Just FYI we are still running our full menu! Only a few things have sold out and that is most of our seafood items. But we still have seadogs and most other options. We are definitely open this weekend as well as Monday. After that I will see what we have for product. Then decide from there when we will be open again.

So Larry has been asking me to surprise him with dinner the last few nights at the stand. So I have been looking up different ideas the last few nights after closing and while winding down at night. So I made him a Turkey BLT wrap recipe I found today for his lunch. I tried a bite and it was amazing.
