Have you met Jon?
Going on four years with D’Amico Hospitality, Jon Bros has grown through several leadership roles across our venues and teams. He began his journey as an Event Supervisor at the McNamara Alumni Center before quickly moving into management within his first year. After supporting multiple D’Amico Hospitality properties and teams over the years, Jon was promoted at the beginning of 2026 to lead the new division of The Beach Club and Machine Shop.
Before joining D’Amico Hospitality, Jon earned a degree in theatrical production. During the pandemic, he worked in a variety of restaurant roles, often finding himself naturally stepping back into leadership and management positions.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys baking, taking long walks around the lake, and making trips up to Minnesota’s North Shore whenever he can.
What is the most rewarding part of Jon’s job?
For Jon, it always comes back to the people. He loves the team they’ve built and values the opportunity to work alongside individuals who genuinely care about creating unforgettable experiences for guests. Being able to collaborate with his team while helping bring meaningful celebrations to life is what makes the work so fulfilling.
What’s his favorite memory while working with D’Amico Hospitality?
One experience that stands out most happened last summer, when the team was asked to help a couple relocate their wedding from one venue to another with only about a week to prepare. Despite the tight timeline, every level of the team came together to make the event happen seamlessly. Watching the couple go from anxious during the initial walkthrough to tears of joy on their wedding day was an incredibly rewarding moment and a powerful reminder of what teamwork and warm hospitality can accomplish.
We’re so proud to have Jon’s leadership, creativity, and dedication as part of our team. Please join us in celebrating him below!
