I owned and operated Moroccan Flavors in Midtown global Market from 2015 - 2025 and bringing over 35 years of international experiences .
Over 10 years period, I invested over $100.000 in the business including customized Mosaic imported from Morocco 🇲🇦 and paid an initial $30.000 plus $3.000 security deposit at the time of lease ex*****on.
During the latest years of my operations, I experienced on going operational and Management challenges involving General Manager: Jasmine Mc Connell , Her assistant Elizabeth Clark , senior management Reney Dossman from Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) and Maria from the contracted cleaning company • Ms Mc Connell professional background was in Maintenance Rather

Despite my long term financial investment , I was not permitted to selling my Business , and the initial $30.000 was not returned.
As result I was required to take out a loan to meet rent, taxes, payroll and operating obligations.
I remained proud of the business I built and the contributions I made. And I am now pursuing new opportunities as chef in Mineapolis Minnesota also doing food Tours adventure in Morocco 🇲🇦 for 10 days.
