Well, here’s a little behind-the-scenes secret from the kitchen…

Most nights, Lloyd is a one-man show handling all of the dinners, while Potsy is running the pizza station solo. When several dinner orders come in at once, they naturally take a little longer than pizzas because each one is cooked, prepared, and plated individually. 🍝🔥

Could we rush it? Sure.
Would Pasquale approve? Absolutely not. 😂

The truth is, every meal is made with care, and we’d rather serve you something worth waiting for than something rushed out the door. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support over the years. What you’re seeing back there isn’t a big corporate kitchen—it’s two old-school guys working hard to keep their father’s dream alive, one pizza, one plate of spaghetti, and one meal at a time. 🇮🇹🍕🍝

So the next time your dinner takes a few extra minutes, just know there’s a lot of love, hard work, and family tradition going into it. And we promise… it’s worth the wait. 💚🤍❤️

❤️🇮🇹 Remembering Pasquale 🇮🇹❤️

Today marks two years since Pasquale passed, and not a day goes by that we don’t feel his presence in this place he loved so much.

This restaurant wasn’t just a business to him… it was his dream. A dream built on faith, family, hard work, and a whole lot of love. 🍝❤️

That dream is still alive today — carried on by his sons, his daughter, his grandchildren, and even his great-grandchildren. Every pizza made, every plate served, every laugh shared in these walls… it all continues in his honor.

Pasquale had a way of making everyone feel like family. Whether you knew him for years or just met him once, you remember his smile, his stories, and the way he lit up a room.

Tonight, we invite you to come in, share a meal, and celebrate his life with us. If you have a memory of Pasquale, we would love to hear it — those stories mean everything to us.
