This one of the coolest things I've gotten to do in a while (cooks are excited by the weirdest things) I made this hot sauce using Serrano peppers and garlic that had been fermented and aged for an ENTIRE YEAR!! The flavor is incredible 🤤 It's spicy, tangy, a little sweet, and has a heat that lingers on the tongue. It's not everyday you get to play with something like that, and I'm hoping I can be patient enough to do it again next year!

Also yes, it says toddler sauce. It seemed appropriate with the age of the peppers

Plus Bloom will be paying for our first 16 customers up to $15 each!! Not only that, but you'll also get %10 non-sale items off in-store with a receipt from us💙💚

Just 3 weeks until we're back out there steaming up some buns for you all!! We're excited to be back, and can't wait to feed everyone 💙 We're working on making this our biggest summer yet, and making sure you see us out and about plenty!
