Root & Rise was created with a simple but powerful mission: to empower girls and young women ages 12–21 throughout Mobile, Alabama with the confidence, knowledge, mentorship, and support they need to thrive. We believe every young woman deserves access to opportunities that help her discover her purpose, develop leadership skills, build healthy relationships, and create a future she is proud of. Through mentorship, educational workshops, community engagement, and personal development programs, we are committed to helping young women establish strong roots and rise into their full potential.
Our vision is to create a community where young women feel seen, heard, valued, and equipped to succeed. We look forward to partnering with families, educators, community leaders, and local organizations to provide resources and opportunities that inspire growth, resilience, and achievement. This is just the beginning, and we are excited to grow alongside the young women we serve.
