Briquettes Montlimar Dr. Family owned local restaurant. Briquettes Steakhouse opened its doors in 2013, and immediately became a favorite Mobile, Alabama restaurant.

The food here is, in a word, stupendous. All our meats are fresh cut before we grill them over pecan and red oak briquettes (that’s where we got our name). We’re proud to offer a varied menu, which also includes chicken, fish and a number of salads. Everything we serve is prepared fresh, in house, and you’ll be able to taste the difference.
