We catered a beautiful wedding at The Venue Fairhope last Saturday evening. ❤️ Georgia Roussos Catering was honored to be part of such a special day. Georgia has known the bride’s family for years and has watched the bride grow up, so this wedding was especially close to her heart.

Their menu was full of Southern favorites and Mediterranean-inspired flavors. From our bacon-wrapped Conecuh sausage and Crabocado bites to a stunning charcuterie and cheese board, spanakopita, and crispy chicken tenders, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Guests also enjoyed our shrimp and grits bar, a build-your-own cheeseburger slider station, and a carving station featuring our carved steamship rounds with all the accompaniments!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Boyd! We wish them a lifetime of love, happiness, and blessings always! ❤️

This week marks a very special anniversary in our story. This week is the 16th Birthday of Georgia Roussos Catering!!🎂❤️

Over 52 years ago, Georgia’s parents opened Roussos Restaurant on the Causeway, building a legacy rooted in family, hard work, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. When the restaurant eventually closed in 2010, Georgia took those same values and carried them into a new chapter, transitioning to catering exclusively with the help of Chef Emmanuel and Mary, who helped run the restaurant and played such an important role in its success!

What began as a family restaurant has grown into something truly special. Today, we are proud to still have several full-time team members who have been with us since our restaurant days. Their loyalty, dedication, and experience are a constant reminder of where we started and what has always made us who we are.

Over the years, Georgia Roussos Catering has grown and flourished, but our foundation has never changed. We believe in delicious food, exceptional service, and hard work. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to make every client like our top priority while bringing an unwavering commitment to detail at every event.

As we reflect on the 16 year anniversary of Georgia Roussos Catering, we are filled with gratitude for the generations of family, employees, customers, and friends who have been part of our journey. Our success today is built on the roots planted all those years ago, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

Georgia Roussos Catering had the pleasure of catering two beautiful weddings this past weekend, including this stunning celebration on scenic Dog River!

Our menu was filled with delicious favorites, prepared with love and care to make the day extra special.

Georgia Roussos Catering was honored to cater a seafood feast at last night’s Chamber of Commerce event for 400 guests at the beautiful Ditto’s Landing in Huntsville, Alabama!!! We love catering this event each year! What a wonderful evening in a gorgeous riverside setting!

The Georgia Roussos Catering Crew traveled to Selma, Alabama last week to cater the annual meeting of the Alabama-Tombigbee Regional Commission. Our team prepared and cooked fresh seafood on site for a delicious Southern-style feast! 🍤🐟🍗

The guests enjoyed a fresh vegetable and cheese tray with dip to start. Their menu featured Alabama-raised fried catfish, fried oysters, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, fried chicken tenders, corn fritters and coleslaw.
