T Marie's Filets are perfection. If you haven't had one you don't know what you're missing. My Dad always cooked Filets and Ribeyes in a bourbon butter sauce which is what I use. The flavor is amazing. What I would not give to cook with him one more time. He worked for me at the first Quiznos I owned after he retired. Im sure if he were still here he would be cooking my steaks now.
