She's been working with us for 7 months now. She likes passing time by reading, enjoys Star Wars & is passionate about singing her heart out! 🎶
Her favorite drink is a salted caramel toasted marshmallow frappe with a brown sugar cinnamon spice sweet cream. 💥 It's been a blessing to have her on the team! She's very reliable, she's quick to step up, pick up shifts & is always looks for tasks to do between customers.

Back in 2016, Cliff opened the doors to what would become such a special place in our community. We took over during the height of COVID in 2020, and since then, The Factory has continued to grow and evolve in ways we never imagined — all because of y'all!

Your support, encouragement, and daily coffee runs have meant the world to us. We truly couldn’t have done it without our amazing customers and wonderful team of baristas and we’re so grateful for every single one of you!

Happy Tuesday, y'all! We're back to introduce another one of our team members.
Meet Abby! She's been a part of our team for 6 months now. It's been a joy to get to know her as she integrates into the team. A few of her hobbies are watercolor painting, baking, trying out new recipes in the kitchen & activities that involve being outside ☀️ A fun fact about her is that she is the youngest of 13 siblings! She's passionate about her friends, her family & she loves learning new things. Her favorite drink is a coconut matcha with 🍓 sweet cream (or really anything that involves matcha 😉) She has brought a lot of value to our team with being a great problem solver, she's very reliable and brings an optimistic, get-it-done attitude to every situation! We're so grateful to have her around.
