Hog Wild Express Mokena Since we opened the doors of our original location decades ago, people all over Illinois have been going Hog Wild for our award-winning BBQ.

In 2018, we were lucky enough to extend our family to an express storefront here in Mokena, and we continue to serve up bold flavors and warm smiles with every order. Stop in for one of our juicy signature pork chops, always grilled to perfection, or indulge in a rack of ribs smothered in our famous BBQ sauce. Everything is made right here in house with lots of love. No matter what brings you in, our delicious dishes are sure to satisfy your hunger and tantalize your taste buds.

Well it’s official. Unfortunately earlier than we wanted. We sold out of everything.

Mokena, thank you so much for everything. You supported us through the pandemic and you really showed up this past week. We are beyond grateful.

Some people hated us, most of you loved us. We were differently similar to midlothian. I gave it a run these past few months, but it’s been too overwhelming. Im gonna focus more on my family and the original location in midlothian.

So once again THANK YOU, and I can’t wait to see you all back at home base. It’s been a hell of a run

To all of our Hog Wild Family, after careful consideration and with heavy hearts we have made the decision to close the Hog Wild Express location in Mokena.
We are grateful to have been able to serve everyone in the community over the years. It was a very difficult decision on our part but due to the struggles we have endured over the past years from the pandemic and my fathers passing, we have decided to keep his legacy alive by focusing on the Midlothian store where the brand was born. Please come see us in Midlothian as will will be there for all of your Barbecue and catering needs!

First of all I’d like to take the time to say Thank you to the Community out here in Will County and Lenny’s Gas n Wash, who went above and beyond the duties of a landlord and was amazing to work with. If you ever get the opportunity to work with Lenny and his team do not pass it up . I took a leap of faith 4 years ago and most of you welcomed us with open arms and supported us the entire way.

Any gift cards will still be good at Midlothian where I’ll be, and looking forward to adding some new features to the Original store. We will continue doing food truck events as well.

Thanks again Mokena, effective April 10th, Saturday the 9th is our last day. Let’s go out with a bang.
