No boxed mixes, canned/jarred frostings/caramels used. I use high quality ingredients and fresh fruit. This beauty has four layers of devil’s food chocolate cake, each one sandwiched with rich, silky chocolate buttercream. It’s finished off with a crown of chocolate-dipped strawberries for that perfect touch of indulgence.

Baby shower celebrating the arrival of a boy means cake! This is a lemon raspberry cake. It has 4 layers of light lemon cake paired with layers of lemon buttercream and a tart raspberry filling! I could seriously just eat the filling with a spoon! So delicious! It’s decorated with lemon buttercream and topped with fondant baby sneakers.

Cake 2) Cookies and cream cake made with Oreo’s, and frosted and filled with Oreo buttercream (4 layers).
Cake 3) Reeses inspired cake: A checkerboard cake (chocolate and peanut butter cake) filled with whipped chocolate ganache and Reese’s pieces and frosted in peanut butter buttercream (4 layers).
