Hoping everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and are taking some down time this weekend to relax with family and catch up some some Sleep šŸ˜“ šŸ’¤

We are actually doing a pop-up tomorrow in Salem and will be cooking up some lamb gyro and chicken on the rotisserie. This is a GIVEAWAY to support some of the less fortunate in the near area that might need a hot meal, so I am encouraging to share this post, or just come through with a friend or neighbor.

Iā€™ll be posted up at 1487 Broadway St NE, Salem, OR 97301 outside the UP n SMOKE dispensary for a few hours about 11-3p.

So if you are in Salem coming home from church, stop on by and come see me and come grab a Free gyro to brighten up your day šŸ˜Š

Surprise! We are doing a pop up at the WOU Block Party this Saturday May 17th. This will be one of our few pop ups this year so if you are local, please come out and grab a delicious gyro and some pita fries this Saturday. It is with a heavy heart I must make this post, my plan and goal this year was to run Greece Lightning full time at Gather Food Park starting in January with my lease ending in July and then moving on to focus on events during the summer and fall. Unfortunately the equipment failure put us back and with the new fire code in place, we are having to install a fire suppression system in the trailerā€¦ not anticipating the install and with a diminished budget, the decision has been made to relinquish the agreement at Gather Food Park and close the trailer for the year in order to build back capital and create a budget for the future. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and has been supportive of this journey in the past year but it is a decision that must be made in order to forsee sustainability and keeping the business alive for future events and opportunities.

Still closed guys... Trying to lean on some other local vendors and food trucks for some insight. Working on a hack that should help expedite things. Putting focus on Tuesdays again this month while we work away diligently trying to fix issues.

Sorry my friendsā€¦ wasnā€™t able to complete the job yesterday. Still working through some kinks as to make sure everything is 100% operable before the install in the trailer. We will be closed today yā€™all, stay warm. Gonna be staying busy again today and tomorrow. Will be posting again Thursday. Thanks for your patience

Happy Monday! Back in Oregon and working to service the trailer today and get this rotisserie installed by end of day today. Should be open tomorrow if everything goes well today. Wish me luck. Keep an eye out for the post tomorrow morning with open hours for the day. Thank you all šŸ™šŸ»

Sorry guys still working on recovering the trailer from last weekā€™s mishaps. Hopefully will be safe to operate by end of day today so look out for my update becuase if all goes well, Iā€™ll be open for normal service tomorrow TUESDAY just as everyone is used too
