After 5 long years BG's BBQ is closing it's doors in Monmouth as of August 31. I want to thank all you wonderful people who loved our food and supported our efforts to always do our very best every day to make it as good as we possibly could. Thank you all, we love you too! After lots of ups and downs at this location, we never could get over the hump financially. I am going to try to keep BBQ in the area in some fashion, if possible, so stay tuned and we will see what happens. I hope I see all my BBQ friends again soon!

Here's our revised menu! We're Back!

BG’s BBQ is happy to announce that we will be re-opening on
Friday, Feb 12. We have made a lot of changes while we have
been away. We will continue to offer the same delicious dry-
rubbed slow-smoked meats: Brisket and Burnt ends, Pulled
Pork Shoulder, Baby Back Ribs, Sliced Turkey Breast, Shredded
BBQ Chicken, and Italian Sausages. All of our tasty sides and
house sauces will also be available. We will now be offering a
build your own platter menu, hot or cold sandwiches, and bulk
meats and sides. You can order hot and ready to eat or fully
cooked and ready to reheat. Also, we plan to offer a “special
order menu” where orders are made in advance and picked up
by appointment.
We will not be opening our small dining room immediately,
taking call-in orders with pick up at our drive- thru window
only. In the very near future, we will also be implementing an
online ordering platform.
We would like to emphasize that our new business model will
prioritize call-in and on-line orders over drive-ups, which will
enable us to streamline our process and ensure your food is hot
and ready to eat as intended.
We’re excited to be back, creating good BBQ for all our
customers in the area and hope you are too! See you soon!

Important Announcement: During these difficult
times, the BG’s BBQ family finds it necessary to
make some positive changes to our business model.
In order to achieve this goal, we will temporarily
close effective November 3rd When we reopen, we plan to again provide our
community with quality service and delicious BBQsmoked meats, sides, sauces and desserts. At that
time, we will announce it on all our social media
accounts, our phone message, as well as at our
physical location.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we
truly appreciate your support and patience. Until
then, please stay safe and healthy, and we will see
you back as soon as possible!
