Quick parking update! 🚗 If you’re heading down to the cafe over the next week, you might notice some construction gear outside. Our parking lot is officially getting replaced so we can make it smooth sailing for your morning coffee runs!

Summer is right around the corner, which means it's officially time to stop pretending we're going to order hot lattes. It is cold brew season, though for some of us, that's a year-round personality trait anyway.

If your bank account is personally victimized by your daily iced coffee habit, why not try making a batch at home? It’s shockingly easy, and it means you don't even have to put on real pants to get your morning fix.

The Quick & Dirty Cheat Sheet:
🫙 The Setup: Use a fancy cold brew system or literally just a large clean glass jar. We don't judge.
⚖️ The Ratio: Try roughly an 8:1 or 9:1 water-to-coffee ratio.
⏳ The Wait: Stir it up, throw it in the fridge, and let it steep for about 12 to 14 hours while you sleep.
💦 The Finish: Strain out the grounds, dilute with cold water to your liking, and boom, liquid gold.

Karina is a true coffee enthusiast who brings serious energy, heart, and confidence to the team. She’s passionate about building a welcoming space where both our amazing customers and our hardworking coworkers feel right at home. For Karina, a great cafe experience is built on hard work, authenticity, and strong connections. 🤝❤️

When she’s not keeping the cafe running smoothly, she’s usually out exploring the great outdoors, diving into a new craft project, or doing a bit of "occasional stress baking" from scratch.
