SkillsUSA helps students build leadership, technical, and workplace skills as they prepare for future careers. It’s inspiring to see so many talented, hardworking students gathered in one place.

Custom cookies: 99% planning, 1% realizing you’ve made the wrong college. 🤦‍♀️

The good news? Sugar cookies are very forgiving.

A few extra hours, some fresh dough, and the right school later, everything was fixed and ready to go.

Sometimes the behind-the-scenes reality of a cookie business isn’t perfectly piped royal icing…it’s catching mistakes, pivoting fast, and laughing at yourself along the way.

I had the honor of creating cookies for VIP customers of , combining two crafts that have more in common than you might think: precision, patience, creativity, and a whole lot of attention to detail.

May was a whirlwind in the very best way.

This little reel only scratches the surface of the butter, sugar, flour, eggs, late nights, early mornings, and countless hours that went into every order last month. Looking back at all the ingredients and time that went into May is honestly a little mind-blowing.

I’ve been so busy creating that I’ve fallen behind on sharing photos of all the cookie sets that went out the door, but I promise they’re coming. There are so many designs I’m excited to show you.

Thank you for every order, every share, every recommendation, and every kind word. Supporting a small business means supporting a real person and a dream that once felt impossible. Because of you, I get to spend my days doing what I love.
