Well friends… the day has finally come. Today is the LAST DAY of crawfish season 2026 at The Bayou!

What started months ago with cold nights, muddy boots, and a whole lot of seasoning has turned into another season full of laughter, friendships, stories, and memories we’ll treasure. We are so thankful for every customer who stopped by, shared a post, brought a friend, prayed for us, or simply chose to support our little family business.

Our crawfish may be waving goodbye, but our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. 💙

We’ve laughed with you, celebrated with you, watched your kids grow, met new friends, and served a whole lot of crawfish along the way. We truly have the BEST customers and community anyone could ask for.

To every customer that’s rolled through, shared our posts, waited in line, laughed with us, prayed for us, brought your families, and supported this little family business… y’all mean more to Brad and I than you know.

The Bayou has never just been about crawfish. It’s about community… and we truly believe we’ve got some of the BEST people around enjoying the BEST crawfish around!! We are beyond grateful for every single one of you.

Happy Wednesday beautiful people! We are down to 4! 4 Days left in our season. Am I happy ? Sad? Always such mixed emotions with the ending of a season. We had quite the crowd last night and ran out at 7. We so appreciate everyone coming by!! We got a fresh delivery of plenty of gooood-looking crawfish for tonight.
