First idea that I’m Pretty sure is going to work. A scaled down version of the kabob, basically all four ingredients in one bite. Also using the most tender and flavorful cut of the cow. The ribeye cap cut off of a prime graded ribeye roll.

Tonight we will have the small steak kabob over fried rice only. No chicken or larges yet. Kabob has half of a pound of CAB ribeye red onions, bell pepper and pineapple. Grilled with our house sticky/spicy/sweet glaze over pineapple fried rice.
