Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of looking for a Plumber to help us replace the plumbing in our food trailer to bring it up to Washington state standards. If there are any licensed plumbers in the Monroe/Snohomish area that would be willing to come look at our trailer and give us a quote please let us know.

We are also looking for a Electrician who wouldn't mind coming out and inspecting the wiring to make sure that was done correctly as well and if its not also giving us a quote for that as well.

For both of these we need some one who knows L & I standards for commercial use.

Another update for everyone.

We were hoping to be able to open for the summer, But it looks like it might take us a little longer than expected to open the cart up.

After looking over the L&I paperwork we discovered the plumbing will need to be redone to match the standards of Washington state and than resubmit the paperwork and are unsure how long that will take.

Another small update,

We got our paperwork back for L&I and needed to do a few small tweaks to it and turn it back in but we should hopefully be approved for that very soon. We also almost have our Menu done and will be ready to submit to the health department!

Our goal is still looking to be hopefully done in time for summer... We will keep you guys updated when more info comes available.

Just a Little Update for everyone,

We are hard at work getting all the paper work and stuff done for our brand new trailer, Hopefully we will be open in time for the summer at a new location!

We may have a spot to camp our trailer at in Everett, WA and when we finalize our paperwork with the owner of the location we will post more information.

We still plan to sell Snoqualmie brand ice cream because we built a really good relationship with the staff and owners and really like their ice cream.

We also will be selling things like Belgian Waffles, Mini Dutch Baby Pancakes, Boba tea, Ice cream floats and shakes and possibly other items to come.

We will try to post more in the upcoming weeks to keep you all updated on our progress

We have had to close down for a while due to the Rain. We have repairs to the cart to do and until they are done we will be closed. We hope to get this matter fixed as soon as possible.
