Even the greatest of beers can require subtle edits over time. What began as a blonde ale has slowly and organically transitioned to a Pale Lager. While still recognizable in terms of the noticeable and tasty malt character, expect a crisp body, light hue, and classic balance of noble hop spice. More of the beer we love to drink!
Tasting notes: Light-bodied and malt forward with notes of green fruit, spice, pepper, light banana/lemon ester, and bread crust.
Ingredients: millet, buckwheat, rice, corn, hops, yeast
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 18

A huge thank you to Ghostfish Brewing for an incredible Brewers Night! 🍻

We had a fantastic turnout filled with great company, delicious tacos, award-winning gluten-free beer, fun giveaways, and plenty of laughs. From the crisp Meteor Shower Lager to the refreshing Hibiscus Cranberry Gose, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening such a success. Events like these are what make our taproom community so special.
