Huge thank you to Monroe News for featuring us in their Business Spotlight — what an honor! One thing I forgot to mention during the interview is how much I love that our little café gets to support other local small businesses through our gift shop section. Local vendors bring in the most amazing items, and it feels so good to give them a space to shine. ✨

Thank you to everyone cheering us on — my heart is truly full. I can’t wait to see new faces and more people enjoying the Ramen Bar!! 💛🔥✨

I’m having one of the new flavors for lunch… it’s cheesy, creamy, deliciousness!!! 🧀🍜

I added egg, green onions, crispy onions, soy ginger sauce & umami ramen seasoning (if you know me I did leave out the “spicy” packet 🥵)

This might be my new favorite!!! 😍 😋

I’m not a huge pickle fan, but some pickle cream cheese on these bad boys is … AMAZING!! 😋😋

Today I tried mine with cream cheese and drizzle of honey mustard… 😋😋
