Well I must say that was such a fun experience! This is the first cake competition I have ever participated in and it was an absolute blast! There were so many delicious cakes to try from professional bakers, home bakers and even some fantastic kiddos! I definitely got my fill of sugar for the month 😅

HUGE congratulations to the winners of the Newsies Cake Off Francesca Galati in the kids division with the cutest pink flowers on her cake, Sarah's Sweet Treats in the home baker division with her strawberry lemonade cake that was absolutely to die for 🤤 and Lunar Whisk Cakes in the professional division. Your cherry chip cake will be living in my dreams for days 🥰🍒

Thank you to everyone that came out to support the incredible group putting on the production of Newsies. I know it means the world to them to have the support of the community. And don't forget to get your tickets to see them perform July 17-19 at the RRCA!

Today’s the day! And yes the show (or baking competition🫣🤪) will still go on rain or shine!

Rainy weather may be moving in but the competition is still going!

This is what I'll be up all night preparing for 😅 It's been such a fun experience so far brainstorming design and flavor ideas with my bestie and marketing director (she has an official title that she didn't know about 😂). I can't wait to see all the amazing cakes and talent, both in the bakers and the Newsies performers! Tickets are still available!!

More exciting news this month!
Momo’s will be attending Monroe Pride as a vendor this month!🩷💛🩵

June 27th come stop by, enjoy the day and stroll all the vendors!

I will have,
Chocolate covered Oreos, Chocolate covered pretzels, Decorated sugar cookies!

But the big question is, should I do my Cake Parfait cups or the new viral dot cakes?!

Happy Pride Month🌈
At Momo's, I believe everyone deserves a seat at the table, a reason to celebrate, and a place where they feel welcome.
Through my bakery I have met so many amazing people living their own journeys, and with their own stories to share and I love being a part of it.

Momo’s will always be a safe place for people and for all of their celebrations in life, or just when they need a sweet treat.🍪🧁
We all deserve a life and space to be unapologetically us, to have the courage to stand for what we believe in and be who we are, To love who we love and not be ashamed or dismissed.
