Probably my most asked question is “what comes with a half of a beef share?”

When you purchase a 1/2 of a beef you get to customize how it gets cut and wrapped. But if this is all new to you this is what I show customers as a starting point.

Don’t care for cubed steaks but eat a lot of ground beef? We recommend getting the London broils and grinding your bottom round. However if you want to make steaks out of everything you can, you get to skip the London broils and make top and bottom round steaks (cubed steaks) and our cubed steaks make tender and delicious chicken fried steaks!
