Introducing Pure Green Montclair’s Catering Program, the most flexible of its kind. Imagine offering your guests smoothies, açaí and pitaya bowls in a variety of sizes. Did a faculty meeting at a local high school. They didn’t want a meal but more of a refreshment, something to arouse their taste buds but still keep them focused. We did 25 x 7oz. Smoothies and 25 x 5oz. Açaí Bowls. PB&J and Pure Green Smoothies, Mini Açaí Bowls with strawberry, banana, blueberry. Perfect. As July 4th quickly approaches, and the mercury starts to soar, have you given any thought to how you’re going to cool your party guests down? May I suggest a Smoothie Hour, time devoted to chilling with an ice cold smoothie. Our Smoothie Catering Menu can accommodate any size crowd, with flexible portion options (7, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, and even 32 ounce portions). Need little ones for the kids, larger ones for the adults, no problem. Want to take it to another level, how about cocktail appetizer sized açaí bowls, 5oz., 8oz, yeah, healthy, cooling, the perfect compliment pre or post meal. Treat your guests to something a little different, out of the box so to speak, or in this case, out of the cooler. Which brings me to my next point, TRANSPORT. We transport our catering in electric coolers, capable of chilling to -4 degrees, dual zones allow bowls and smoothies to be transported simultaneously. Every detail covered.
