We’ve increased your baggage allowance.

Our Passport bags are getting an upgrade, with new 2lb and 5lb sizes available exclusively online for both one-time orders and subscriptions. For those of you who treat a 12oz bag like a sample, we see you.

New to Passport? Every month, our roasting team selects a different limited-release coffee from around the world. It’s a chance to explore beyond our regular lineup and get to know the producers, places, and flavors behind each bag.

Subscribers get free shipping, a passport booklet with their first order, and a stamp sticker with each shipment to collect along the way. A monthly coffee trip without taking your shoes off at security.

Your apple a day just got a little more interesting.

Bonita Applebum brings the espresso. “Can I Kick It?” brings the matcha. Both start with Martinelli’s sparkling apple juice and our spiced simple syrup, served over ice. A little spice, a little sparkle, a little caffeine.

Grab your favorite, put on some old school hip hop, and come kick it with us.

Are you eating enough carrots? How about drinking them?

The Monster Mash and Transylvania Twist are back. They were inspired by a mother trying to get her kid to eat his vegetables. When carrots on a plate failed, she turned them into carrot milkshakes instead.

That kid was Jonathan. He grew up and added coffee.

Both drinks combine fresh carrot juice, your choice of milk and our spiced simple syrup. Monster Mash gets espresso, while Transylvania Twist comes alive with matcha.

And to anyone cringing at the idea of carrots in coffee, remember that putting pumpkin puree in coffee was once considered strange too. Maybe it still is. Who knows.

Your vegetables have never been this festive.

October Passport is going to Apolo, Bolivia.

This month’s coffee comes from APCA, a cooperative of smallholder producers growing coffee in a pretty wild part of the country, right where the Andes start giving way to the Amazon.

We’re tasting Chocolate Malt Ball, Turbinado Sugar, and Thyme Flower. It’s sweet, smooth, and honestly just really easy to keep drinking.

We tasted it. We talked about it. We drank a lot of it. Here you go.

October Passport subscribers, this one’s on the way. If you want in on next month’s coffee, you can subscribe online.

Your passport probably needs another stamp anyway.

October is here, which means everyone else is putting pumpkin spice into anything that will hold still, and we can finally stop telling people the ube comes back in October.

The Ube Normal and Young Frank are back.

These are the most popular drinks we make all year. That is not marketing exaggeration. People genuinely call us about them every week.

Each one starts with a spritz of cinnamon and blood orange essence, followed by oat milk and our house-made vegan ube syrup, made with ube extract and sweet coconut cream. The Ube Normal is topped with espresso, while Young Frank gets ceremonial matcha.

The flavor combination was inspired by Jonathan’s mom’s arroz con leche. It’s warm, fragrant and nostalgic, with just enough purple to make it appropriate for Halloween.

We bring them back every October to celebrate Halloween, Filipino American History Month and the kind of childhood flavors that stay with you. They’re available hot or iced and are best experienced exactly as we designed them.

Ube Normal and Young Frank are back for October. The pumpkin spice industrial complex will be fine.

Vendor applications for The Terminal are open!

We’re reviewing long-term spaces now. The spaces we’re looking to fill are around 160 sq ft, and we’d love to hear from independent retailers, makers, and creative businesses that would add something to our upcoming space in Maplewood.

We’re not looking for food or bakery vendors at this time. We’re also not considering vintage clothing or jewelry, since we want our vendor mix to complement the shops already here.

Interested in joining us for a day instead? You can join our daily vendor interest list now. We’ll start reaching out once we’re open and know the space a little better.

Tell us what you’re working on. Link in bio or visit theterminal.paperplanecoffee.com

EDIT: It is very important to note that our neighbors at are not closing, we have not bought them out, and they are not going anywhere. We love them very much and have been working with all of the amazing people there in order to better build our space.
