Subject: Important Update: 205 Day Festival Postponed Due to Weather
Hi everyone,
We wanted to send an important update regarding the 205 Day Festival.
After our previous message confirming that we were moving forward with the May 23 date, we continued closely monitoring the weather and reassessing the event conditions with guest, vendor, performer, and staff safety in mind.
Due to the updated weather outlook and the potential impact on event operations, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 205 Day Festival.
New Event Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
Location: Sloss Furnaces
This was not an easy decision, especially after communicating that we planned to continue as scheduled. However, based on the latest conditions, postponing is the safest and most responsible choice for everyone involved.
All vendor placements, tickets, and event details will carry over to the new date unless otherwise communicated. We will continue sharing updated information as we get closer to July 18.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding. We appreciate your support and cannot wait to celebrate 205 Day with you on the new date.
