Well my families time making tacos for the past 30 some years is drawing to a close. As many of you know we have sold the business to Gina at Camelot Coffee and she is going to continue the tradition of selling the original beach taco. I want to thank everyone who has enjoyed our tacos over the years. I count many of you as personal friends. I wouldnโ€™t trade my time at IB making tacos for anything but now itโ€™s time to step back and enjoy retirement. Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™ll still see some of you because Iโ€™ll be helping Gina out in the beginning. The recipe will not change so you can be sure youโ€™ll be getting the tacos you all love. Thank you again for your patronage over the years and make sure you stop in and see Gina! Remember this day when we took mobile orderes and sold tacos outside the entrance so people didnโ€™t have to pay to get in? The GM couldnโ€™t believe we could do that much business in 3 hours. Pretty sure we took in more money in those three hours than any other stand did inside the park all day long. Lol
