A touch of France- Paris Brest Pastry
Created in 1910 to commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle race, the Paris-Brest is made from pate a choux, shaped like a bicycle wheel, and filled with pistachio cream. It's an OMG!

Our Chocolate Swirl

Our fresh focaccia split in half with different toasted/melted toppings! Today we have bacon and cheddar or heirloom tomato and cheddar! SO good! We make tuna melts too- ready for next week- who doesn't love a tuna melt???!
