Let me tell you a little story about how WVU Athletic Director .wren and THE Official Italian Restaurant of have come together to make up one of the most delicious yet controversial dishes (in one’s eyes) cough cough 🤣 in Italian Cuisine History.
•
So these guys were out to dinner in Las Vegas as were trying to capture The Crown Tournament Title. This is when Wren decides he wanted to mix it up and get Alfredo Sauce instead of Red Sauce on his Chicken Parmesan. This is absolute blasphemous in Tony’s eyes, but obviously Wren proceeds with the order 🤣. The waiter got the go ahead from the Chef and just like that the snowball starts to gain some steam down the mountain with the dish. From the stories I’ve been told, most of the table went ahead and ordered what Wren was having. These guys have brought this order back to Morgantown and being the “customer first” folks that we are, we have enjoyed making this for many many people as it spreads. This item will be making its way to our menu very shortly! Last night we even shared the flavorful Alfredo cutlets with and for what was a great dinner send off to Omaha.
