It’s only fitting that I should post about the Ruck Run and Raise for the Blue Moose Café on this page. A page about coffee — supporting local coffee and trying to raise funds for a local coffee shop. Please, please click the link and donate. Anything helps. 16 years ago — it rained — it stormed — we had no back up plan — we survived that day — and we continue to survive to this day. It hasn’t always been pretty or perfect — but life never is. You are the love of my life — the woman I always dreamt about. You have never failed me — even when I’ve failed you.

I will always tell you that you’re my Grace — I love you with all that I am and will continue to strive to be a better husband and father. I’m beyond blessed to have you by my side — I still don’t deserve you — but you’re still here. Happy Anniversary! Just like that day — it rained — as it has every single year since. I love you!

To our Wonderful Customers and Friends,

We want to thank you for your support and loyalty over the last 5 years. We have learned so much, fueled our passion for coffee, and lovingly shared the fruits of our labor with each of you. Whether you enjoyed our coffee over the years in the privacy of your own homes, at a WVU football game, at one of the Handcrafted Cooperative markets, at a cafe' or church somewhere in the United States, or as a sampler in America's Best Cold Brew competition....we are so proud of the product we were able to share and grateful for each one of you. You have helped us grow our home roasting business and allow us to teach our children what running a small business looks like. As they say, all good things come to an end. With the current climate and our desire to focus our time on our family, we have decided to close our business. We will be roasting and selling off the remaining coffee we have, which will be available upon request to current customers. We will fulfill any coffee club memberships that are already in progress. Please message Ryan on Facebook or text to place an order while supplies last. We have made many connections and will be happy to share some great referrals for your coffee needs. Again, we appreciate you all so much and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and support over the last five years.

The coffee industry is in the middle of a crisis and they need our help. Coffee shops and their employees have been devastated by the effects of COVID-19 and social distancing measures. That's why we're asking everyone to on Saturday, April 11th by making a purchase online or for takeout at your local coffee shop....we all love serving you and our community...so set a reminder on your calendar and place an order to support your local small coffee roaster...remember we are offering our 5lb bags at a discounted price as we know times are hard for all of us...whether it’s from us or someone else...here are just a few of our favorites... ...we will also tag them on this picture.

What a whirlwind of a year #2019 has been — it’s been the most challenging and by far the most stressful and disappointing year of my life — I took on my coffee business full time at the end of 2018 — was it the right move — maybe — maybe not — but I learned that I roast pretty good coffee — I was a finalist in both and where I got to sling Nitro with some amazing people from up and down the east coast to the Midwest — I learned a lot about myself and learned that I still have big plans for the future — i am not a deep pocket entrepreneur — I’m straight grassroots — with no partners and or outside help — I work as hard as I can to produce a great product — some believe in us — some don’t and that’s okay — we created some great relationships with cafes and people across the state — I am not perfect and I admit that — I’ve a lot of learning to do and a ton of growth to make — #2020 will be our best year to date — those of you who support us — we are so very thankful for you and your continued support throughout the year — you are all amazing people and we wouldn’t be here without you — 2020 will bring necessary changes that need to be made in order to stay viable in this market — we will you all the best in #2020 —
