I have been getting a lot of questions about what The Red Hot Blue is doing this summer. In the beginning of December I made a very difficult decision and accepted an Executive Chef position in Illinois. I still have The Red Hot Blue in Vermont but haven’t been able to find someone willing and able to run it over this summer in my place. I still foresee bao in VT’s future but I am still putting together how to make it work. My DM’s are open if you know anyone who is talented, hardworking and wants to learn how to run a food truck! Thank you all for enjoying my food, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to be where I am right now if it wasn’t for all the amazing people that came to Lost Nation and festivals over the summer for bao! -Tiffany

Line cooks/prep cooks and people to take orders are needed for New Years Eve at the waterfront in Burlington.
For taking orders $15
Linecooks/prepcooks $18-$25 based on experience, and skill level.
Tips will be split amongst the entire crew 60% FOH 40% BOH

Hey this is Tiffany the owner/operator. This picture is one year ago when all I had was an idea, a few very supportive people, and some determination. I would like to thank Lost Nation Brewery, the community of Morrisville and those few very supportive people for helping me bring my food to this wonderful community.
That being said, as the season starts to wind down I will not be taking any more events this year as I run this little business by myself most of the time and thanks to all the support I now need a crew to feasibly do the awesome events I get inquiries on.
Please use the form on my website to confirm dates with me for next year as I will then have a crew to ensure I accommodate higher volume. I will be responding to all inquiries already received in the next few days.
Lastly, I will be running at Lost Nation every Monday and Tuesday through September and October, stay tuned for some seasonal specials!
