I have been getting a lot of questions about what The Red Hot Blue is doing this summer. In the beginning of December I made a very difficult decision and accepted an Executive Chef position in Illinois. I still have The Red Hot Blue in Vermont but haven’t been able to find someone willing and able to run it over this summer in my place. I still foresee bao in VT’s future but I am still putting together how to make it work. My DM’s are open if you know anyone who is talented, hardworking and wants to learn how to run a food truck! Thank you all for enjoying my food, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to be where I am right now if it wasn’t for all the amazing people that came to Lost Nation and festivals over the summer for bao! -Tiffany
