Brix C***r is a hard c***r company in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, and we pair our c***r with farm to tab Our food is also locally grown, and much of it is organic.

We source 100% of the apples for our c***rs locally, and to date we have sourced from over 25 Wisconsin orchards. While we don't sell cheap food like a lot of restaurants, we're not super high end either. We try to strike a balance between doing what is ethical for farmers and the land, compensating employees reasonably well, and keeping it from being inaccessibly expensive for customers.

We’re closing early on Halloween! No one wanted to work that evening, and we decided it will just be half a holiday 🎃🎃🎃. We will be open until 3:00.

Saturday was amazing! Huge thanks to everyone who made it happen! Volunteers, musicians, fire performers, firefighters, troll builders, vendors, sound guys, lighting folks, Brix employees, and all the great people who came out to enjoy the day with us! That was awesome 🧌🔥🥳

The Mount Horeb Middle School Troll! It came out amazing! Huge thanks to teachers Tom Butusov (Mr B) and Emily Omernik for coordinating, and holy cow, these kids are incredible creators! This troll has the perfect rock star vibe for our band of six trolls. Apparently the guitar was pretty damaged and donated by the music program. I love the details, the splashes of color, and the overall design. Well done students 🙌
