Parents who can’t stop staring.

Don’t let a new baby keep you inside all summer—I know easier said then done!!!!

I know it can feel intimidating packing the diaper bag, working around feedings, and getting everyone out the door. But your newborn doesn’t need a perfectly controlled environment to make memories.

Bring the baby. Let your toddler run barefoot, collect rocks, splash in the water, or pick wildflowers while you soak up those first weeks together as a family.

Some of my favorite newborn sessions happen outside. They’re slow, relaxed, and exactly what summer is supposed to feel like.

If you’ve been waiting until they’re “older,” this is your sign not to.

The little hands grabbing flowers, the scrunched-up expressions, being carried when they’re tired, and all those tiny things you don’t realize you’ll miss someday.

The beach is a popular summer spot—it’s beautiful, fun, and so jersey! But, if the beach isn’t your thing, that’s okay!

Maybe it’s too far with little ones, maybe the parking sounds like a headache, or maybe you just don’t want sand in every crack of your car.

Summer wildflowers are just as beautiful, a little quieter, and give your kids plenty of room to explore while we document this season of life exactly as it is🌿💜
