A lot of us spend hours a week sitting still, locking up our hips and stiffening our lower backs. Then, we head straight to the first tee, take a massive, cold rip with the driver, and wonder why our lower backs are screaming.

Your golf swing is an intense, one-sided rotational movement. If your body doesn't have the right mobility, it forces your lower back to overcompensate. Take the time to strengthen your core and hips while improving mobility in your spine to build a body that can keep you playing until you (actually) need a new driver.

⛳Playing from a forward tee will make you more competitive, not less.
⛳A new driver won't fix your slice, but a lesson will.
⛳You need to spend more time on the putting green. Like, a lot more.
