There is a break in the weather right now which makes it a great time to go up to the Sunflower Festival at the high school! There are lots of vendors who braved the forecast and came out to make this a great time for our community. There is live music all day (over by the tennis courts) as well! Head on up and show your support!

Yes! We are open regular hours (7am-noon) tomorrow! Don’t forget to swing by and grab your freezer pops to have on hand for your picnics, cookouts and pool parties this weekend. We have Vanilla Latte, Mocha Latte, Caramel Latte, Strawberry Lemonade (caffeine free), Strawberry Matcha, and Vanilla Matcha.

What would a week be like without us saying "We've got something new!"? Well, we don't know and you don't have to wonder - because here we are again saying "we've got something new!" Introducing Know Better Freezer Pops! We’re starting off with small amounts of each flavor while we figure out what our customers will prefer. We have Vanilla Latte, Chocolate Covered Mocha Latte, Vanilla Matcha Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Strawberry Lemonade. You’ll have to ask for them at the front register because (obviously) they have to be stored in the freezer in the kitchen. These would be the perfect addition to your cooler for the boat or the cookout this weekend. You can order them one at a time OR we can take orders of 12 or more with 24 hours notice.

It’s Peach Week here at the shop! We have a 25lb box of gorgeous, perfectly ripe peaches that came up from South Carolina with Ted and Elaine Lewis so it’s peach everything for us this week. We’re making peach cobblers, peaches and cream danishes, peaches and almond cream croffles, and, of course, our summer peach salad. We’re halfway through the box already! Don’t miss out on these beauties!

Is that your hometown barista? Why yes, yes it is! Deklan is playing the role of Kenickie in Theatre Bristol’s production of Grease. He has been here slinging coffee all day and driving to Bristol every afternoon and on weekends for hours of rehearsals for months now and we couldn’t be more proud of him. It’s all coming together this weekend and next. There are a few tickets left so if you haven’t gotten yours, definitely get them now.

June is peach season and we are here for it! We have a new, limited time, seasonal salad - The Summer Herbed Peach Salad. 😍 It starts with a mix of spring mix and arugula sprinkled with finely chopped fresh, organic herbs. Then it is topped with fresh sliced peaches, our house made pickled onions, our signature seasoned, grilled chicken breast, crumbled goat cheese, sliced almonds, and balsamic glaze. It is served with our original recipe Summer Citronette that features 3 kinds of citrus, just enough hot honey to give it a little kick and more fresh, organic herbs. We added it to the menu this week and it has been getting great reviews!

People have been asking for us to bring back chicken salad croissants since Day 1. We had to wait until we had the kitchen running smoothly before we felt like we were in a good place to do that. But the time has come! We are bringing back our chicken salad recipe from way back when…nearly twenty years ago. 😳 This time, we’re serving them on square croissants that are sturdy enough to make a wonderful sandwich but they are still light and flaky and delicious. They will be served with your choice of a side: (another comeback from back then) our house made pasta salad, old fashioned cucumbers and onions, or a bag of chips.
