As we've mentioned, this page is NOT operated by Chef Masumoto, we are just a couple of fans of his that really appreciate his food. Chef is a very private man, and we appreciate that Seattle Refined was respectful of his wishes, especially with regards to his rules and policies on photography.

If you are calling during dinner hours, it is likely Chef will be busy serving customers, so make sure to leave a message with a callback number. As mentioned in the interview, we recommend going during a weeknight - Chef can get busy on weekends!
