We don’t say it enough, so let’s fix that: our bagels, muffins, s’mores bars and every other treat on the counter are house made by our pastry chef, Emily and team.
Emily is a professionally trained baker who honed her craft in Boston and the UK. She’s the reason our bagels come out golden and chewy, our blueberry muffins have those crackly sugar tops, and our s’mores bars disappear by noon.
So next time you grab a bacon, egg & cheese on a fresh-baked bagel, know there’s real skill and a very early alarm) behind it.
