For us, it’s more than just a photo. It helps us study our customer experience and make sure our food stays consistent every single time. Whether it’s a bowl of pho, a rice plate, spring rolls, egg rolls, or any dish we serve, we want to know that our kitchen is following the standards we’ve worked hard to create.

Empty plates also tell a story. They show us that our guests are enjoying their food, and that means everything to us. And if something seems off, we take that feedback seriously, go back to the kitchen, and make the adjustments we need.

Aside from pho and other Vietnamese dishes, our two top selling items every month are our B12, shaken beef garlic noodles, and C7, shaken beef fries.

Our noodles are made fresh and cooked to order, paired with hand cut, hand trimmed filet mignon cubes that are wok seared in our delicious garlic sauce. Fries perfectly crispy pairs very well with our house made spicy mayo.

Hello 544 friends & family!
What an incredible weekend it has been filled with surprises, love, and so much joy! 💜✨ For our Dad’s birthday, we pulled off the sweetest surprise by flying Baby Jade home so he could finally meet his grandbaby for the very first time 🥹🫶. On top of that, we’re also celebrating 544’s 8th anniversary! 🎉👏

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has supported us over the years, cheered us on, and made 544 a part of your lives. Watching our little family (and our dream) grow has been so special, and it wouldn’t be possible without you. 💕

April 30th, 1975,
The Fall of Vietnam is a moment in history our parents and other Vietnamese that fled their home country will never forget. Boarding small boats in the middle of the night to escape war and death only to be surrounded by dark ocean waters and losing their loved ones to the sea in hopes of a better life. The journey to America wasn’t easy.

First photo: Our parents were out at sea for 10 days on a small boat before they landed in Malaysia. The first photo is their identification cards they received alongside a bag with their belongings. They would spend the next few months in Malaysia refugee camp and then 8 months in a Philippine refugee camp before coming to America. Our parents journey first landed them in Minnesota then OKC and present day in Dallas. Our parents are living proof that with determination and hard work, they achieved the American dream.

Meet Blake and his ever growing family! When we first opened in 2017, they were one of the first families at 544 and had two new born babies. Today, they are expecting their 5th child. We love to see families growing and thriving!!

2017, we were 3 months behind on build out, rent was due, no FOH staff and our family had ZERO restaurant experience but we decided we had to open. We chose Labor Day weekend 2017 thinking it would be easy for us to slowly learn the process but exactly 11:35am, customers began to arrive. We still remember seeing 60-70 strangers patiently waiting for their food 🙈. The kitchen run by our mother, our aunt and uncle at the time were slammed with tickets and everything was hectic. Fast forward to present day, we can’t thank you, our customers, for the constant support of our family business! Over the years we have seen families grow, kids graduate HS and go off to college and come back to eat, friends bringing their friends to 544 and it makes us so happy knowing we’ve built relationships with everyone. Cheers to many more years serving Murphy and the DFW metroplex 💜

Today is our dad’s birthday, the man who cooks the pho and the one you see power napping behind the computer at 544 😆. He’ll greet you with a smile and serve you fruit if he has any sliced. We love him and appreciate everything he does at 544!

As much as we love feeding you guys, we like our staff to go home to their families in a timely manner. We have implemented closing our dine in at 7:40pm (Monday through Saturday) and 3:30pm (Sundays) for the last couple years.
