Founded by TJ Cowan in 2018, Cold Blooded Coffee Co. has expanded to multiple locations and a strong e-commerce presence that ships nationwide. That's why we were so excited to have them as one of our first vendors on the Saluki Market!

TJ is also a proud Saluki with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the SIUC College of Engineering, Computing, Technology, and Mathematics. Collaborations are one of our favorite things to do, especially when they are with a very special person. IF you have not eaten Sweet Potatoes from 👨🏼‍🌾Millers Tater Farm The Farmers Market of Carbondale then you have no idea what you’re missing! 🍠 These are so incredibly sweet I eat them like an apple with nothing on them.
We have 2 weeks of specials with these amazing breeds. Tomorrow we are serving up our coffee with an optional “Sweet Potato” Cold Foam, paired w Brown Sugar & Cinnamon!
Also our Italian Sodas & Lemonades now offer “Strawberry Popping Pearls”! 🍓
