Thank you to Dan Logan and his family for having us out again! For another one their family beach vacations! This year his son even caught a spotted trout in the middle of rolling some sushi! So we filleted it up and used it in the menu! Since everyone wanted some, we did a light tempura so everyone could enjoy it!
