Available for pick up today! This cake was just made today and unfortunately the client that it was for had an unexpected life event happen. Three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh whipped cream and strawberries, all covered in my signature buttercream. I can add a happy birthday topper or basic piping. Available for $65 and serves 12-14. Must pick up today but will last through the weekend if kept cold!

This cake was inspired by The Outlander, and featured the standing circle of stones. While I never watched the show, I did read a few of the books.

The standing stones are 100% edible. I decided to sculpt them from freshly made Rice Krispies treats and then cover them in fondant to get the right look. So some of the guests could enjoy a crispy, buttery Rice Krispies treat in addition to a slice of delicious cake. Hopefully the birthday babe got both!
